摘要
海洋生物污损一直是船舶航行中无法忽视的问题,附着在船舶表面的海洋污损生物会对船舶表面造成破坏,增加航行阻力和油耗,严重降低航运的经济效益。因此,如何防治海洋污损生物一直是国内外研究的热点。传统的有机锡防污涂层通过在船舶表面释放内部的有机锡防污剂以达到防治污损生物的效果,但因为有机锡防污剂会对海洋环境造成严重污染而被舍弃。因此,开发出新型环保、长效的防污涂层是现在船舶防污的主要研究方向。本文主要介绍了阻止污损型防污涂层、污损可脱附型防污涂层、复合型防污涂层的研究进展,并对船舶防污涂层未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
Marine fouling has always been a problem that can not be ignored in the navigation of ships.Marine fouling organisms attached to the surface of ships will cause damage to the surface of ships,increase navigation resistance and fuel consumption,and seriously reduce the economic benefits of shipping.Therefore,how to prevent and control Marine fouling organisms has been a hot research topic at home and abroad.Traditional organotin antifouling coatings can prevent fouling organisms by releasing internal organotin antifouling agents on the surface of ships,but organotin antifouling agents can cause serious pollution to the Marine environment and are discarded.Therefore,the development of new environmental protection,long-term antifouling coating is the main research direction of ship antifouling.This paper mainly introduces the research progress of anti-fouling antifouling coating,desorption antifouling coating and composite antifouling coating,and prospects the development trend of Marine antifouling coating in the future.
