中西医结合治疗季节性过敏性结膜炎研究进展

Research Progress of Treating Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

西医治疗季节性过敏性结膜炎(seasonal allergic conjunctivitis, SAC)的方法主要包括避免接触过敏原、一般疗法、局部滴眼液点眼、手术疗法、特殊免疫疗法等。中医治疗SAC的主要方法包括中药内服、中药雾化、针刺疗法、穴位埋线疗法、中西医结合疗法等。目前,西医治疗虽然能快速缓解症状,但存在一定的不良反应且容易复发,不适合长期应用。中医疗法可以发挥辨证论治的优势,但治疗机制尚未明确,安全性及不良反应尚缺乏有力的证据。今后,应当开展更多高质量、大样本、深层次的研究,进一步探究中医药治疗本病的作用机制,提供更多的治疗方式,为以后的临床研究提供理论依据。

The methods of Western medicine for treating seasonal allergic conjunctivitis(SAC)mainly include avoiding contact with allergens,general treatment,local eye drops,surgical treatment,special immunotherapy,etc.The main methods for treating SAC in TCM include oral administration of Chinese medicinals,Chinese medicinal atomization,acupuncture,catgut embedment in acupoint,and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy.At present,although Western medicine treatment can quickly alleviate symptoms,it has certain adverse reactions and is prone to recurrence,making it unsuitable for long-term use.TCM therapy can leverage the advantages of syndrome differentiation and treatment,but the treatment mechanism is not yet clear,and there is still a lack of strong evidence of safety and adverse reactions.In the future,it is necessary to conduct more high-quality,large-scale,and in-depth research to further explore the mechanism of TCM in treating SAC,provide more treatment methods,and theoretical basis for future clinical research.
