法国中医拉维耶的天地人诊疗体系及西方实践

法国中医汉学家拉维耶是西方继承和发展传统中医文化和医疗实践的集大成者,他运用训诂学方法考辩中医经典相关概念和术语的含义,试图通过理解象形文字和会意文字与中国古人建立对话。他通过研究中国古代天文学、《易经》和《黄帝内经》等传统中医基础理论,以中国三才思想为基础,创立独特的天地人诊疗体系。天地人分别类比人的精神、物质和社会层面,拉维耶从中医整体观出发,认为疾病的病因、诊断和治疗可以分为精神、心理和身体三个层次,以此为基础建立了天地人三才辨证施治的中医理论,其理论和实践在西方广泛传播。

Lavier,a French sinologist of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),was the epitomized authority for the inheritance and development of culture and medical practice of TCM in western countries.He applied exegetical methods to study the meanings of concepts and terms related to TCM classics,and tried to establish a direct dialogue with ancient Chinese people by understanding hieroglyphic Chinese characters.He creatively established a diagnosis and treatment system of Heaven,Earth and Human based on the theory of the three talents,by studying the basic theories of TCM such as ancient Chinese astronomy,The Book of Changes and Huangdi Neijing.Heaven,Earth and Human are respectively corresponded to spirit,matter,society.From the holistic view of TCM,Lavier believed that the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of diseases can be divided into three levels:mental,psychological and physical.On this basis,the system for dialectical treatment named Heaven,Earth and Human was established,and his theory and practice are widely spread in the West now.
