助剂对水性白板笔墨水性能的影响

摘要 近年来,随着我国经济的增长与人民生活水平的提高,消费者的环保意识逐渐增强,近两个五年计划也将绿色环保事业作为重中之重。在政策的驱动下,水溶性白板笔墨水的研发取得了一定成绩,但由于我国起步较晚,在环保型水性墨水的研发方面还存在许多问题。本文通过改变墨水助剂(冰醋酸、过氧化氢、纳米碳酸钙)制备新型白板笔墨水,装笔后检测其书写情况、干燥时间、即时可擦性、污板等性能,最终研发出一种绿色环保、水性黑色快干型白板笔墨水。研究发现:在使用过氧化氢做助剂时效果最好,快干性、留板时间均有所提高;其次为使用纳米碳酸钙做助剂,其效果均高于未改良前的白板笔效果。本项研究为我国绿色、环保型白板笔墨水提供了理论研究基础。 In recent years,with the growth of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,consumers'awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased,and green environmental protection has also been the top priority in the recent two Five-Year plans.Driven by the policy,the research and development of water-soluble whiteboard pen ink have made some achievements.However,due to the late start in China,there are still many problems in the research and development of environment-friendly water-based ink.In this paper,a new type of whiteboard pen ink was prepared by changing the ink additives(glacial acetic acid,hydrogen peroxide,nano calcium carbonate).Meanwhile,its writing condition,drying time,instant erasability,board stains and other properties were tested after the pen was loaded.Finally,a green,waterbased,black,fast-drying black ink was obtained.The research revealed that hydrogen peroxide was the best additive,and the block dryness and board retention time were improved.In the use of nano calcium carbonate as the additive,its effect was higher than that of the original whiteboard pen,which provides a theoretical basis for research on green and environmentfriendly whiteboard pen ink in China.
