摘要
通过对不同成膜体系、树脂种类、固化剂种类的探索,实现粉末涂料涂层具备高耐碱性、高硬度、高耐磨性等特性,并保证了涂层表面不易与混凝土粘结,从而达到易脱模的效果。通过研究各类型的微量助剂和填料等在树脂体系熔融固化反应过程中所起的作用及影响,在原有基础上提高涂层的耐碱性、硬度、冲击性能、柔软性、易脱模性等性能。通过配方设计及工艺优化,采用熔融挤出的方法制备出了性能优异的建筑铝模板用粉末涂料产品。
Through the exploration and modification of different film forming systems,resin types and curing agent types,a powder coating has been prepared and shows high alkali resistance,high hardness and high wear resistance,etc.,meanwhile,ensures that the coating surface is not easy to be bonded with the concrete,so as to achieve the easy-demoulding effect.By studying the role and influence of various kinds of micro additives and fillers in the melting and curing reaction of the resin system,the alkali resistance,hardness,impact performance,softness,easy-demoulding effect and other properties of the coating are improved.Through formula design and process optimization,powder coatings for aluminum formwork with excellent performance are prepared by melt extrusion.
