贵阳市“健康贵阳·智慧妇幼”信息化系统对提升妇幼健康服务质量的初探

A Preliminary Study on Improving the Quality of Maternal and Child Health Service Using the"Healthy Guiyang·Intelligent Maternal and Child"Information System in Guiyang

推动妇幼健康信息化建设是我国政策背景下的必然选择。本研究以贵阳市为例,结合“十三五”时期新生育政策的调整和面临“十四五”新形势、新任务的规划要求,以打造生命全周期“互联网+妇幼健康”服务为重点,强化妇幼健康信息系统支撑,启动“健康贵阳·智慧妇幼”信息管理平台建设,开展管理、临床、保健一体化应用,推动跨部门、跨机构、跨区域的信息系统数据互连互通和共享互认,达到真正的全程、智慧、互动和互认的目的,以期推动、丰富和发展妇幼卫生信息化建设,实现妇幼健康信息在区域内的资源整合和并行发展,为提高妇幼卫生信息化管理水平提供参考。

Promoting the construction of maternal and child health information is an inevitable choice under the background of China's policy.This study takes Guiyang City as an example,combined with the adjustment of the new fertility policy during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period and the planning requirements of the new situation and new tasks facing the"14th Five-Year Plan,"focusing on creating a life-cycle"Internet+maternal and child health"service,strengthening the support of maternal and child health information system,starting the construction of"Healthy Guiyang·Intelligent Maternal and Child"information management platform,carrying out the integrated application of management,clinical and health care,and promoting cross-departmental,cross-agency and cross-regional information system data interconnection,sharing and mutual recognition,in order to achieve the purpose of real whole process,wisdom,interaction and mutual recognition,promote,enrich and develop the information construction of maternal and child health,realize the resource integration and parallel development of maternal and child health information in the region,and provide reference for improving the information management level of maternal and child health.
