陕西省某高职院校学生吸烟行为及认知与态度调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Smoking Behavior,Cognition and Attitude of Students in a Vocational College in Shaanxi Province

目的分析陕西省某高职院校学生吸烟行为及认知与态度。方法于2021年12月选取陕西省某高职院校269名在校大学生作为调查对象,对其吸烟行为、烟草知识、对吸烟的态度进行调查分析,了解大学生吸烟行为,对烟草知识的掌握程度和对吸烟的态度。结果262名调查对象中吸烟者71人,吸烟率为27.10%,其中男生吸烟率为32.14%,高于女生的12.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸烟者与不吸烟者关于“吸烟是造成肺癌的主要原因”“低焦油烟比普通香烟危害小”“吸烟会导致多种慢性病”方面知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸烟与不吸烟者关于“对吸烟反感且会劝阻吸烟”“禁止在公共场合吸烟”“应该出台禁止公共场合吸烟的法律”“不吸烟是一种新时尚”“给人递烟更容易接近他人”方面支持率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高职院校大学生吸烟率较高,对烟草知识掌握较片面,对吸烟的态度有待改正,高校应采取相应措施,创造健康良好的校园环境。

Objective To analyze the smoking behavior,cognition and attitude of students in a higher vocational college in Shaanxi Province.Methods In December 2021,269 college students from a higher vocational college in Shaanxi Province were selected as the subjects of investigation.The smoking behavior,tobacco knowledge and attitude towards smoking were investigated and analyzed to understand the smoking behavior,mastery of tobacco knowledge and attitude towards smoking of college students.Results There were 71 smokers in 262 subjects,the smoking rate was 27.10%.Among them,the smoking rate of boys was 32.14%,which was higher than 12.12%of girls,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between smokers and non-smokers in the awareness rates of"smoking is the main cause of lung cancer""low-tar smoke is less harmful than ordinary cigarettes"and"smoking can lead to multiple chronic diseases"(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in support rates between smokers and non-smokers on"disgusted with smoking and discouraging smoking""prohibiting smoking in public places""should introduce laws prohibiting smoking in public places""non-smoking is a new fashion""giving people cigarettes is easier to approach others"(P<0.05).Conclusion Vocational college students have a higher smoking rate.,their knowledge of tobacco is one-sided,and their attitude towards smoking needs to be corrected.Colleges and universities should take corresponding measures to create a healthy and good campus environment.
