摘要
研究波长为185、254 nm的紫外线对不同状态小麦籽粒表面微生物的杀菌效果。结果表明:功率15 W,波长分别为185、254 nm紫外灯辐照平板表面20 s,微生物杀菌率均可超过96.8%;功率80 W、波长185 nm紫外灯对小麦籽粒杀菌效果最好,分别在40、15、20 min时将小麦籽粒、着水后小麦籽粒、润麦后小麦籽粒表面的菌落总数减少86.7%、83.2%、82.9%。
The sterilization effect of ultraviolet light with wavelength of 185 and 254 nm on the surface microorganisms of wheat grains in different states were studied.The results showed that when the ultraviolet lamp with power of 15 W and wavelength of 185 nm and 254 nm irradiated on the surface of the plate for 20 s,the microbial sterilization rate could all exceed 96.8%.The ultraviolet lamp with power of 80 W and wavelength of 185 nm had the best sterilization effect on wheat grains.It could reduce the total number of bacterial colonies on the surface of wheat grains,wheat grains after watering and wheat grains after moistening by 86.7%,83.2%and 82.9%respectively at 40,15 and 20 min.
