摘要 传统的电网设备实物资产管理,从招标、采购、到货验收、废旧物资等都有严格的管理措施进行监管,随着电网建设步伐的加大,电网设备实物资产雪崩式的激增,不仅增加了物资管理人员的工作强度,同时对现有实物设备资产管理模式发起了巨大挑战,如何借助科学技术的发展,实现电网设备实物资产管理精益化,提升实物设备资产管理的准确性,同时减轻物资管理人员的劳动强度是亟需解决的问题。同传统设备实物资产管理方法相比,新型数字化的设备实物资产管理方法在建立设备实物数字化信息图模信息的基础上,实现一种非接触式的设备实物资产管理模式,可避免由于物资管理人员(A组)人事变动或外出,物资需求部门管理人员(B组)专业跨度大,对设备了解不全面,或者受设备实物存储区域限制,不便物资管理人员在设备旁逐一核实资产相关信息,导致设备实物资产管理效率降低等问题,提高了物资管理人员的工作效率,实现了电网设备物资精益化管理。 The traditional power grid equipment physical assets management,it has strict management measures for supervision from the bidding,procurement,arrival acceptance,scrap and so on.With the increase of the pace of power grid construction,power grid equipment physical assets surge like the avalanche.Not only it increases the work intensity of material management personnel,but also does it challenge the existing equipment physical asset management mode.How to make use of the development of science and technology to realize the lean management of power grid equipment physical assets,improve the accuracy of physical equipment assets management,and reduce the labor intensity of material management personnel are urgent problems to be solved.Compared with traditional equipment physical asset management methods,based on the establishment of digital information graph model information of equipment physical assets,a non-contact management mode of equipment physical assets is realized.It can avoid problems such as personnel change or departure of material management personnel(group A),large professional span of material demand department management personnel(group B),incomplete understanding of equipment,or limited physical storage area of equipment,which make it inconvenient for material management personnel to verify asset related information next to equipment one by one,resulting in reduced efficiency of physical asset management of equipment.As a result,the efficiency of equipment physical assets management is reduced,which improves the work efficiency of material management personnel and realizes the lean management of power grid equipment and materials.
