摘要
对高温再热器三通管颈部焊缝附近开裂原因进行分析,包括现场检验、主要元素成分分析、宏观检查、金相分析、硬度检测、力学性能试验、断口形貌及综合分析。通过改造三通管及编制新焊接工艺,未发生一起由于焊缝附近开裂而引起的机组非停事故,保证了机组安全稳定、长周期运行。
It analyses the cracking near neck weld of high temperature reheater three-way pipe,including field investigation,composition analysis of main elements,macroscopic examination,metallographic analysis,hardness test,mechanical properties test,fracture morphology and comprehensive analysis.Though the three-way pipe transformation and the preparation of the new welding process,the cracking near the neck weld was significantly reduced,and there is no unit non-stop caused by the cracking here.It improves the safety and stability of the unit,long-term operation,and increases the economic benefits.
