MCT悬浮床加氢复合催化剂应用分析

摘要 介绍了北京海新能源科技股份有限公司自主研发的复合催化剂HS的合成及其在鹤壁华石联合能源科技有限公司MCT悬浮床加氢装置的工业应用情况。通过工业试验获得该催化剂在不同添加量、反应温度、原料及催化剂配比条件下的加氢活性,考察复合催化剂的加氢、抗结焦等性能。结果表明,悬浮床加工渣油时最佳操作条件为催化剂配比(1.0±0.2)%,该比例下可以最大量产出目的产物;悬浮床反应器内反应床层温度控制在(450~455)℃;悬浮床加工煤焦油时各项目标产物指标优于渣油;悬浮床加工渣油时选用HS复合催化剂最佳配比,粒径在(10~100)μm时,可以实现装置的平稳、安全生产,节约生产成本,提高设备、管道的使用寿命。 This paper introduces the industrial application of HS,a compound catalyst developed independently by Beijing Haixin Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.,in MCT suspension bed hydrogenation unit in Hebi Hushi Energy Technology Co.,Ltd..The hydrogenation activity of the catalyst was obtained by industrial test run at different addition amount,reaction temperature,feed and catalyst ratio.And the hydrogenation,anti-coking and other performances were studied.It is shown by the results that the optimum operating conditions of the suspension bed unit for processing residue are as following.The catalyst ratio is(1.0±0.2)%,at which the maximum amount of target products can be produced.The temperature of the reactor bed in the suspension bed reactor is controlled at(450-455)℃.The specification of the target products from the suspension bed for processing coal tar is better than that for residue.When the optimum HS catalyst ratio is selected with the particle size in the range of(10-100)μm for processing residue in the suspension bed,the stable and safe production,production cost saving and the service life improvement of the equipment and pipeline can be achieved.
