Analysis on the current situation and development research of epc project management in china's survey and design enterprises

本文在分析勘察设计企业选择EPC模式原因的基础上,深入讨论EPC模式下勘察设计企业项目管理面临的现状、问题以及相应的建议和对策,同时结合龙腾设计承接的EPC项目案例分析,得出在新时代下勘察设计企业须坚持以设计为龙头,积极将BIM、大数据、数字孪生等新兴技术应用于EPC项目的所有阶段和环节,提高工程设计附加值。

Based on the analysis of the reasons why survey and design enterprises choose the EPC mode,this article deeply discusses the current situation,problems,and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures faced by survey and design enterprises in the EPC mode.At the same time,combined with the case study of EPC projects undertaken by Longteng Design,it is concluded that survey and design enterprises must adhere to the design as the leading factor in the new era,actively integrate BIM,big data Emerging technologies such as Digital Twin are applied to all stages and links of EPC projects to improve the added value of engineering design.
