5个甘蔗育种亲本及其杂交后代抗锈病基因Bru1的分子检测 被引量:1

摘要 甘蔗褐锈病是我国蔗区的一种重要病害。近年来我国蔗区主栽的一批丰产高糖甘蔗品种因普遍感染褐锈病而面临淘汰,从而影响了蔗糖产业的持续稳定发展。如何快速选育抗褐锈病甘蔗品种已成为当务之急。本研究选用5个常用甘蔗亲本ROC10、ROC22、Hocp01-564、CP94-1198、粤糖94-128为材料,并利用这5个亲本构建了4个F1杂交分离群体。采用与甘蔗抗褐锈病基因Bru1紧密连锁的2个分子标记,以对5个亲本和4个分离群体中的Bru1基因位点进行检测,以期了解甘蔗褐锈病抗性遗传情况。我们研究发现杂交后代对褐锈病抗性既非偏感病性分离也非偏抗性分离。本研究结果可为国内甘蔗育种亲本的选择提供依据。 Brown rust is one of an important disease of sugarcane in China.In recent years,a number of sugarcane varieties with high yield and high sugar are facing elimination due to widespread infection with brown rust,which has affected the sustainable and stable development of sugar industry.How to quickly select sugarcane varieties resistant to brown rust by biological breeding method has become an urgent matter.In this study,five common sugarcane parents ROC10,ROC22,HOCP01-564,CP94-1198 and Yuetang94-128 were selected to construct four F1 hybrid populations.In order to understand the genetic characteristics of sugarcane brown rust resistance,two molecular markers closely linked to Bru1 gene were used to detect Bru1 gene loci in five parents and four F1 hybrid populations.Our study found that the resistance of hybrid offspring to brown rust was neither biased susceptibility separation nor biased resistance separation.The results of this study could provide a basis for selecting parents of sugarcane breeding in China.
