Research on the Application of Intelligent Production Management System in Sugar Factory based on BIM Technology

使用BIM技术将糖厂生产管理系统,包括移动终端、数据显示大屏、定位装置、BIM模型数据模块、生产设备状态管理模块、岗位操作人员管理模块、生产问题上报与跟踪处理模块和生产均衡风险分析及预警模块等,形成可视化技术与数字化信息技术为基础而形成的一种项目管理措施为糖厂生产管理提供指导和参考。

This paper forms a project management measure combing the technology of visualization and digital information for the intelligent production management system by using BIM technology.The management system includes mobile terminal,data screen,positioning device,BIM model data module,production equipment status management module,post operator management module,production problem reporting and tracking processing module,production balance risk analysis and early warning module,etc.It is expected to provide guidance and reference for the sugar factory production management.
