摘要
在乡村振兴背景下,本文主要分析新零售在疫情影响下的发展情况及与传统零售的区别,并研究学习长三角地区发展新零售的成功经验和做法,加速新零售市场体系一体化建设、建立一体化标准、维护线上线下有序市场环境等一系列战略部署。本文结合广西新零售发展的现状,从地理位置、资金资源、技术研发、政府职能、领袖企业、政策法规多个角度出发,为广西新零售的快速发展提供多项具有操作性的战略方案。
In the context of rural revitalization,this paper mainly explores the development situation of new retail under the influence of the epidemic and the differences with traditional retail,and studies the successful experience and practice of developing new retail in Yangtze River Delta,such as accelerating the integration of new retail market system,establishing integrated standards,maintaining the orderly market environment between online and offline.Based on the current situation of the development of new retail in Guangxi,this article provides a number of operational strategic plans for the rapid development of new retail in Guangxi from multiple perspectives,including geographical location,financial resources,technological research and development,government functions,leading enterprises,and policies and regulations.
