我国数字经济进出口贸易发展研究

Research on the Development of Import and Export Trade of China’s Digital Economy

近几年,人工智能、5G、云计算等具有代表性的数字技术正飞速发展,并不断渗透到人们日常生活的各个领域,数字经济已成为当今时代的主题,并成为促进世界经济增长的推动力。数字经济和传统经济各有经济形态优势,各个国家都在积极制定本国的数字发展规划及不断推动本国数字经济的产业形态改革和升级,数字经济的不断革新在一定程度上带动了技术变革和产业结构的转型。我国的贸易数字化建设已经取得了很大成功,数字经济贸易额连年处于增长态势,但是数字经济的产生对全球进出口贸易发展提出了新的挑战,数字经济进出口贸易的在线交易形式在多边贸易治理体系中的发展还不成熟,以数字为载体的商品进出口贸易和服务在很多方面存在不足。因此,本文在分析我国数字经济进出口贸易发展现状的基础上,对目前数字经济进出口贸易存在的问题提出相应的对策,以供参考。

In recent years,representative digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,5G,and cloud computing are developing at a rapid speed and continue to penetrate into all fields of people’s daily life.The digital economy has become the theme of the current era and one of the driving forces for promoting world economic growth.The digital economy and the traditional economy have their own economic advantages,each country is actively formulating its own digital development plan and constantly promoting the reform and upgrading of the industrial form of its digital economy,and the continuous innovation of the digital economy has also driven technological change and industrial structure transformation to a certain extent.China’s trade digitalization construction has achieved great success,and the trade volume of the digital economy has been growing year after year.However,the emergence of the digital economy also poses new challenges to the development of global import and export trade.The online transaction form of import and export trade of digital economy is not yet mature in the multilateral trade governance system,and there are still insufficiencies in the import and export trade and services of goods and services with digital as the carrier.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the development status of import and export trade of digital economy in China,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the current problems of import and export trade of digital economy.
