蒙药材白花龙胆的化学成分研究

Chemical constituents in Mongolian medicinal material Gentiana algida Pall.

目的研究蒙药材白花龙胆的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过波谱数据及质谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从白花龙胆花中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为L-焦谷氨酸(1)、焦谷氨酸乙酯(2)、芹菜素(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、熊果酸(5)、獐牙菜苷(6)、落干酸(7)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-1-羟基-7-甲氧基酮(8)。结论化合物1、2为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、3、8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective To determine the chemical constituents of Mongolian medicinal material Gentiana algida Pall..Methods The chemical components were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,and preparative high performance liquid chromatography.The structure of the compound was identified by spectroscopic and mass spectrometry data.Results Totally 8 compounds were isolated from the flowers of Gentiana algida Pall.,and identified as:L-pyroglutamic acid(1),pyroglutamic acid ethyl ester(2),apigenin(3),β-sitosterol(4),ursolic acid(5),sweroside(6),loganic acid(7),and 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1-hydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone(8).Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 have been isolated from this genus for the first time,and compounds 1,2,3 and 8 from this plant for the first time.
