基于AIDET沟通模式的疼痛管理在胃癌化疗患者中的应用效果

Application effects of pain management nursing based on AIDET communication mode in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的:观察基于AIDET沟通模式的疼痛管理在胃癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月该院收治的80例胃癌化疗患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施基于AIDET沟通模式的疼痛管理,比较两组护理前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、负性情绪[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]评分、癌因性疲乏程度[癌症疲乏量表(CFS)]评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组VAS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组躯体疲乏、情感疲乏、认知疲乏等CFS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施AIDET沟通模式的疼痛管理可提高胃癌化疗患者的护理满意度,降低VAS评分、负性情绪评分和CFS评分,其效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of pain management nursing based on AIDET communication mode in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given pain management nursing based on AIDET communication mode on the basis of that of the control group.The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the negative emotion[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]scores,the cancer-related fatigue degree[cancer fatigue scale(CFS)]score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CFS scores of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the pain management nursing of AIDET communication mode can improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and reduce the VAS,negative emotion and CFS scores.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
