精细化护理在人工耳蜗植入术后患儿中的应用效果

Application effects of fine nursing in children after cochlear implantation

目的:观察精细化护理在人工耳蜗植入术后患儿中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年1月至2021年6月该院收治的80例行人工耳蜗植入术治疗的患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理,比较两组心理状态评分、家长满意度、并发症发生率及术后1年听力恢复率。结果:护理后,两组分离焦虑、广泛性焦虑、社交恐怖、躯体伤害恐惧及强迫-冲动障碍等心理状态评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长满意度为90.00%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1年,两组听力恢复率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:精细化护理应用于人工耳蜗植入术后患儿,可减轻患儿心理负担,提高家长满意度,降低术后并发症发生率的效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of fine nursing in children after cochlear implantation.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 children who underwent cochlear implantation in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received fine nursing.The psychological status score,the parental satisfaction,the incidence of complications,and the hearing recovery rate 1 year after the operation were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the scores of separation anxiety,generalized anxiety,social phobia,physical injury fear and obsessive-compulsive disorder in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The parental satisfaction in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 67.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 27.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 year after the operation,there was no significant difference in the hearing recovery rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The fine nursing in the children after cochlear implantation can reduce the psychological burden of the children,improve the parental satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
