摘要
胶质瘤起源于神经胶质细胞,以发病率高和预后差为特点。胶质瘤CPG岛甲基化表型(G-CIMP)作为DNA甲基化的一种,是近年新发现的一种表观遗传学改变,与胶质瘤的分子特征及临床特点均有关。本文就G-CIMP的发现、分子学特征、临床意义及展望展开综述。
Glioma arise from glial cells and are characterized by a high incidence rate and poor prognosis.As a type of DNA methylation,glioma CPG island methylation phenotype(G-CIMP),is an epigenetic change newly discovered in recent years and is related to both the molecular characteristics and clinical features of glioma.This paper reviews the discovery,molecular characteristics,clinical significance and prospect of G-CIMP.
