摘要
目的:观察活血凝胶治疗慢性软组织损伤的临床疗效和安全性。方法:120例按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组给予依托芬那酯凝胶治疗,治疗组给予活血凝胶治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组肿胀指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血凝胶可有效改善慢性软组织损伤症状,安全性较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Activating Blood Gel in the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury.Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with etofenamate gel,while the treatment group were treated with Activating Blood Gel.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The swelling index of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Gel could eSectively improve the symptoms of chronic soft tissue injury with good safety.
