盆炎散结合深部热疗辅治慢性盆腔炎临床观察

目的:观察盆炎散结合深部热疗辅治慢性盆腔炎(CPID)的临床效果。方法:80例随机分为研究组与对照组各40例。两组均口服抗妇炎胶囊治疗,研究组另在下腹部不适处外敷盆炎散并结合深部热疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组腰骶部痛、白带异常、下腹痛、神疲乏力评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盆炎散结合深部热疗辅治CPID可提高疗效,降低不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pelvic Inflammation Powder combined with deep hyperthermia in the treatment o£chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with oral Kangfuyan Capsules,and the study group were treated with Pelvic Inflammation Powder combined with deep hyperthermia at the discomfort in lower abdomen.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores o£lumbosacral pain,leucorrhea abnormality,lower abdominal pain and mental fatigue in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic Inflammation Powder combined with deep hyperthermia in the treatment of CPID could improve the curative effect and reduce the adverse reactions.
