电针联合膀胱训练治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱临床研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察电针联合膀胱训练治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)神经源性膀胱(NB)的临床效果。方法:90例按随机数字表法分为两组各45例。两组均用膀胱训练治疗,观察组加用电针治疗。结果:观察组自主排尿恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组残余尿量(PVR)低于对照组(P<0.05),最大膀胱容量(MBC)、最大尿流率(Qmax)高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组24h内最大排尿量大于对照组(P<0.05),排尿次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合膀胱训练治疗SCI后NB可缩短自主排尿恢复时间,改善尿流动力学,恢复膀胱功能。
