高质量就业视角下柔性人力资源管理对员工满意度、离职倾向之研究

摘要 在人企关系构建中,提高员工满意度、降低其离职倾向,有利于企业减少人才流失、促进员工职业深耕,推动人企、人岗较优匹配。论文从高质量就业视角出发,探讨柔性人力资源管理对企业员工满意度、离职倾向之影响。论文以东莞T电子制造企业员工为研究对象,基于在该企业回收的386份有效调查样本进行分析。通过SPSS软件进行回归分析,验证模型所构建之研究假设。研究结果表明:柔性人力资源管理与员工满意度呈正向作用,但对离职倾向则具负向影响;员工满意度对离职倾向呈负向影响,但在柔性人力资源管理与离职倾向之间则起到部分中介作用。因此,合适的管理策略会改善员工满意度,并降低其离职倾向。
