广西不同种源油茶秋季苗高生长分析评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Autumn Seedling Height Growth of Camellia oleifera from Different Provenances in Guangxi

[目的]研究不同种源油茶在秋季的苗高生长表现,为进一步挖掘和利用广西油茶种质资源提供数据参考。[方法 ]以广西维都林场5个不同种源的2年生油茶苗为研究对象,通过定期观测比较方法,对其苗高在秋季生长的规律进行比较分析。[结果]在整个秋季,不同种源油茶苗高生长随时间增加而增加,但生长量随时间增加而逐渐降低,各油茶种源间秋季苗高生长情况存在差异。梧州种源在秋季苗高生长上表现最好,生长量、生长速度、增长速度分别为2.02 cm/10 d、102.21%、2.21%,且各阶段苗高生长速率相对稳定。河池种源整个秋季苗高净生长值最小,生长速率最慢,各阶段的生长速率变化最小,但由于秋季前期苗高的积累作用,该种源季末的苗高值比桂林种源稍大。桂林种源季末苗高值最小,但秋季的苗高生长量、生长速度、增长速度均表现良好,各项数值仅次于梧州种源,说明该种源在秋季具有良好的生长效率。[结论]以梧州种源为代表的桂东种源区域的油茶苗高生长表现出最优水平,以桂林为代表的桂北种源苗高生长表现最差,桂西(百色)和桂中(柳州)种源苗高生长处在中等水平。

[Objective]The research aimed to study the seedling height growth performance of different provenances of Camellia oleifera in autumn,and provide data reference for further mining and utilization of C.oleifera germplasm resources in Guangxi.[Method]Taking the two-year C.oleifera seedlings from five different provenances in Guangxi Weidu Forest Farm as the research objects,the growth law of seedling height in autumn was compared and analyzed by regular observation and comparison method.[Result]In the whole autumn,the height growth of C.oleifera seedlings from different provenances increased with time,but the growth decreased gradually with time.There were differences in the height growth of C.oleifera seedlings from different provenances in autumn.Wuzhou provenance had the best performance in seedling height growth in autumn,the growth increment,growth rate and increase rate were 2.02 cm/10 days,102.21%and 2.21%respectively,and the seedling height growth rate was relatively stable in each stage.The net growth value of seedling height of Hechi provenance was the smallest in the whole autumn,the growth rate was the slowest,and the change of growth rate in each stage was the smallest.However,due to the accumulation of seedling height in the early autumn,the seedling height of Hechi provenance at the end of autumn was slightly larger than that of Guilin provenance.The seedling height of Guilin provenance was the smallest at the end of autumn,but the seedling height growth,growth rate and increase rate in autumn were good,which was second only to Wuzhou provenance,indicating that Guilin provenance had good growth efficiency in autumn.[Conclusion]The height growth of C.oleifera seedlings in the eastern provenance area represented by Wuzhou provenance showed the best level,the height growth of C.oleifera seedlings in the northern provenance represented by Guilin was the worst,and the height growth of C.oleifera seedlings in the western(Baise)and central(Liuzhou)provenances was at a medium level.
