荆门市菜用甘薯周年高效栽培技术

Annual High Efficiency Cultivation of Vegetable-used Sweet Potato in Jingmen City

菜用甘薯是一类茎叶适口性好、可作蔬菜用的甘薯品种,其茎叶具有较丰富的营养成分和保健价值。为了提高菜用甘薯栽培效益,采用塑料大棚冬季保苗,早春上市,种苗繁育,合理施肥,结合病虫害绿色防控等技术,以实现菜用甘薯在荆门地区周年栽培的目标。该文从品种选择、种苗繁殖、保苗栽培、种薯保存以及病虫害防治等方面进行总结,以期为菜用甘薯产业高效发展提供技术参考。

Vegetable-used sweet potato is a kind of sweet potato variety with good palatability of stems and leaves,which can be used as vegetables,and its stems and leaves have rich nutrients and health care value.In order to improve the cultivation efficiency of vegetable-used sweet potatoes,plastic greenhouse is used for seedling preservation in winter,suppplying for market in earlier spring,seedling breeding,reasonable fertilization,combined with green pest prevention and control technologies to achieve the goal of annual cultivation of vegetable-used sweet potatoes in Jingmen area.This paper summarized from the aspects of variety selection,seedling propagation,seedling preservation cultivation,sweet potato tuber roots preservation and pest control,in order to provide technical reference for the efficient development of vegetable-used sweet potato industry.
