凝血因子Ⅺ与静脉血栓栓塞症的研究进展

静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)是临床常见的血管疾病。由于其具有较高的发病率与致死率,已然成为一个重要的公共健康问题。先前研究表明,VTE的发生与发展与凝血系统具有相关性,某些遗传性凝血系统异常的患者,静脉血栓风险显著增加。目前关于凝血因子与VTE相关性研究在国内外均有报道,但目前国内关于此类研究有一定局限性。某些血浆凝血因子如纤维蛋白原(Fg)、凝血酶原(FⅡ)、凝血因子Ⅴ(FⅤ)等虽然与VTE关系密切,但关于治疗靶点的研究较少,可能无法提供准确的治疗指导。目前凝血因子Ⅺ(FⅪ)与VTE相关性尚未完全阐清,关于FⅪ作为抗凝新靶点的研究可能会由此受限。因此,关于两者相关性进行研究,对VTE的临床预防与诊疗具有重要意义。本文就FⅪ在静脉血栓疾病这一领域研究进展进行综述,为该疾病的诊治及新靶点的研究提供新思路。

Venous thromboembolism(VTE)is a common vascular disease in clinic.Because of its high incidence rate and mortality,it has become an important public health problem.Previous studies have shown that the occurrence and development of VTE are related to the blood coagulation system,and the risk of venous thrombosis is significantly increased in some patients with hereditary blood coagulation system abnormalities.At present,studies on the correlation between coagulation factors and VTE have been reported at home and abroad,but there are some limitations in such studies at home.Although some plasma coagulation factors,such as fibrinogen(Fg),prothrombin(FⅡ),and coagulation factorⅤ(FⅤ),are closely related to VTE,there are few studies on therapeutic targets,which may not provide accurate therapeutic guidance.At present,the correlation between coagulation factorⅪ(FⅪ)and VTE has not been fully clarified,so the research on FⅪas a new anticoagulant target may be limited.Therefore,the study on the correlation between the two is of great significance for the clinical prevention and treatment of VTE.This article reviews the research progress of FⅪin the field of venous thrombotic disease,providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease and the research of new targets.
