基于PubMed数据库的创伤性脑损伤康复研究热点可视化分析

Visual analysis of traumatic brain injury rehabilitation research hotspots based on PubMed database

目的基于PubMed数据库分析创伤性脑损伤患者康复治疗的研究热点及趋势。方法通过PubMed数据库检索2016年1月1日至2022年7月31日收录的创伤性脑损伤患者康复治疗相关文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3可视化软件纳入文献的作者、机构、关键词等。结果共纳入4517篇文献,发文量呈现增长趋势并于2021年达到顶峰;发文量前3位的国家为美国、加拿大和澳大利亚;排名前5位的高频关键词执行功能、认知康复、生活质量、弥散张量成像和重返工作岗位,其中认知康复具有高中介中心性,研究对关键词进行聚类分析后共得21个聚类。结论创伤性脑损伤患者康复治疗相关研究依然处于活跃水平,研究者可借鉴国外经验扩展科研思路,对执行功能、认知功能的康复研究也是时下研究热点,研究设计方面应尝试开展随机对照研究,人机互动的康复训练、音乐疗法、弥散张量成像技术等也是将来的研究趋势。

Objective To investigate the research hotspots of rehabilitation treatment after traumatic brain injury based on the PubMed database.Methods Through PubMed database,the relevant documents of rehabilitation treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury included from January 1,2016 to July 31,2022 were retrieved,and the authors,institutions and keywords of the documents were included using CiteSpace 5.8.R3 visualization software.Results A total of 4517 articles were included,and the number of published articles showed an increasing trend and reached its peak in 2021.The top three countries with the number of documents were the United States,Canada and Australia.The top five high-frequency keywords were executive function,cognitive rehabilitation,quality of life,diffusion tensor imaging and return to work.Among them,cognitive rehabilitation had the centrality of high school mediation.After clustering analysis of the keywords,21 clusters were obtained.Conclusion The research related to rehabilitation treatment of traumatic brain injury patients is still at an active level.Researchers can learn from foreign experience to expand their research ideas.The rehabilitation research of executive function and cognitive function is also a hot topic of current research.In the research design,randomized controlled research should be attempted.Human-computer interactive rehabilitation training,music therapy,diffusion tensor imaging technology and so on are also the future research trends.
