淄博市中心医院药品集中采购前后住院患者保肝药注射剂使用情况的调查研究

Investigation on the use of liver protection drug injection in inpatients before and after the centralized procurement of drugs in Zibo Central Hospital

目的探讨淄博市中心医院药品集中采购前后住院患者保肝药注射剂的使用情况。方法选取淄博市中心医院东院区2020年4月至9月药品集中采购前和2022年4月至9月药品集中采购后保肝药注射剂作为研究对象,药品集中采购前使用量为92794支、销售金额为1830444.93元,药品集中采购后使用量为111029支、销售金额为2093367.72元,比较药品集中采购前后使用量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)、药物利用指数(DUI)的变化情况。结果药品集中采购政策实施后,总使用量增加19.65%,总销售金额增加14.36%,其中注射用硫普罗宁使用量增加35.31%,销售金额降低90.99%,门冬氨酸鸟氨酸注液使用量增加69.67%,销售金额降低77.72%,注射用谷胱甘肽使用数量增加5.27%,销售金额降低37.91%。DDDs注射用硫普罗宁和注射用谷胱甘肽最高。药品价格注射用硫普罗宁降幅最大,为93.34%,其次为门冬氨酸鸟氨酸注射液,降幅为86.03%。DUI均大于0.5。结论药品集中采购后,降低了药品费用,切实减轻了患者的用药负担,促进了临床的合理、经济用药。

Objective To explore the use of liver protection drug injection for inpatients before and after the centralized procurement of drugs in Zibo Central Hospital.Methods Liver protection drug injections were selected from the East Hospital Area of Zibo Central Hospital before the centralized procurement of drugs from April to September 2020 and after the centralized procurement of drugs from April to September 2022.The amount of use before the centralized procurement of drugs was 92794,and the sales amount was 1830444.93 yuan.The amount of use after the centralized procurement of drugs was 111029,and the sales amount was 2093367.72 yuan.The amount of use,sales amount,and defined daily dose system(DDDs)before and after the centralized procurement of drugs,change of defined daily cost(DDC)and drug utilization index(DUI)were compared.Results After the implementation of the centralized drug procurement policy,the total amount of use increased by 19.65%,and the total amount of sales increased by 14.36%.Among them,the amount of use of Tiopronin for injection increased by 35.31%,the amount of sales decreased by 90.99%,the amount of use of Ornithine Aspartate injection increased by 69.67%,the amount of sales decreased by 77.72%,the amount of use of Glutathione for injection increased by 5.27%,and the amount of sales decreased by 37.91%.Tiopronin for injection and Glutathione for injection are the highest in DDDs.The drug price of Tiopronin for injection decreased by 93.34%,followed by the decrease of 86.03%for Ornithine Aspartate injection.DUI is greater than 0.5.Conclusion After the centralized procurement of drugs,the drug cost is reduced,the drug burden of patients is effectively reduced,and the rational and economic use of drugs in clinical practice is promoted.
