入院前“类集体”健康教育在降低眼科日间手术病房床位爽约率中的应用

Application of pre-admission"quasi-collective"health education in reducing the cancellation rate for ophthalmic daytime surgery

目的探讨入院前“类集体”健康教育在眼科日间手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月南昌大学第二附属医院眼科收治的240例日间手术患者作研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,两组各120例。对照组采用传统住院后的健康教育,住院日进行住院宣教和手术期的健康教育;观察组对患者进行入院前的“类集体”健康教育。比较两组健康教育实施后的床位爽约率、停台率和患者满意度。结果观察组患者床位爽约率、停台率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论入院前对患者进行“类集体”健康教育,不仅使得日间手术病房护理质量得到有效提升,日间手术病房床位爽约率、停台率也大大降低。此外,入院前的“类集体”健康教育还极大地改善了患者就医体验,大幅提高了患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of pre-admission"quasi-collective"health education in patients undergoing ophthalmic day surgery.Methods A total of 240 patients with day surgery admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 120 cases in each group.The control group received traditional health education after hospitalization,and health education during hospitalization and operation.Patients in the observation group received"quasi-collective"health education before admission.The bed cancellation rate,discontinuation rate and patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups after the implementation of health education.Results The rate of bed cancellation and discontinuation in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"quasi-collective"health education for patients before admission can not only effectively improve the nursing quality of day surgery ward,but also greatly reduce the absentee rate and shutdown rate of day surgery ward beds.In addition,the"quasi-collective"health education before admission also greatly improved the patient experience and patient satisfaction.
