乳腺癌手术前后血清VCAM-1、miR-342-3p水平变化及其临床价值

Changes of Serum VCAM-1 and miR-342-3p Levels Before and After Breast Cancer Surgery and Their Clinical Value

目的 探究血清VCAM-1、miR-342-3p在乳腺癌手术前后的表达水平及其临床意义。方法 选取乳腺癌患者100例,收集患者临床资料。ELISA法检测患者手术前后血清VCAM-1水平以及RT-PCR检测miR-342-3p水平。结果 不同肿瘤大小、TNM分期、病理类型和淋巴结转移情况的乳腺癌患者术前血清VCAM-1、miR-342-3p表达水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄患者的术前血清VCAM-1、miR-342-3p表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乳腺癌患者术后1周、1个月和6个月血清VCAM-1、miR-342-3p表达水平与术前相比均明显降低(P<0.05)。术前VCAM-1高表达组16个月累积生存率为70.4%,低于低表达组的90.2%(P<0.05);术前miR-342-3p高表达组16个月累积生存率为73.5%,低于低表达组的88.3%(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌患者血清VCAM-1、miR-342-3p表达水平在乳腺癌手术后明显下降。术前患者血清VCAM-1、miR-342-3p水平与病理特征及预后显著相关,可作为判断手术治疗效果的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum VCAM-1 and miR-342-3p before and after breast cancer surgery and their clinical significance.Methods 100 patients with breast cancer were selected and their clinical data were collected.Serum VCAM-1 levels were detected by ELISA and miR-342-3p levels were detected by RT-PCR.Results There were significant differences in preoperative serum expression levels of VCAM-1 and miR-342-3p among breast cancer patients with different tumor size,TNM stage,pathological type and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression levels of serum VCAM-1 and miR-342-3p among patients of different ages before surgery(P>0.05).The expression levels of serum VCAM-1 and miR-342-3p in breast cancer patients at 1 week,1 month and 6 months after surgery were significantly decreased compared with those before surgery(P<0.05).The 16-month cumulative survival rate was 70.4%in the high VCAM-1 expression group,which was lower than 90.2%in the low expression group(P<0.05).Preoperative 16-month cumulative survival rate of miR-342-3p group was 73.5%,which was lower than 88.3%in Mir-342-3p group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of serum VCAM-1 and miR-342-3p in breast cancer patients decreased significantly after breast cancer surgery.Preoperative serum VCAM-1 and miR-342-3p levels of patients were significantly correlated with pathological characteristics and prognosis,which could be used as an important indicator to judge the therapeutic effect of surgery.
