摘要 目的 观察多学科诊疗协作(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)模式联合团队导向学习(team-based learning,TBL)在肿瘤放疗见习中的培训效果。方法2020年9月—2021年12月选择齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院2017级和2018级放疗科见习的影像专业医学生各30名,分为对照组和试验组,分别采用传统教学模式和MDT联合TBL教学模式。见习结束后,进行理论成绩考试和问卷调查,结合两方面成绩评估教学效果。结果 试验组理论知识成绩和病例分析成绩分别为(91.30±2.57)分、(92.47±2.84)分,对照组理论知识成绩和病例分析成绩分别为(81.13±2.30)分、(80.63±1.81)分,试验组成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。问卷调查显示在理论知识掌握程度、临床协作能力、临床思维能力、交叉学科知识掌握度及教学满意度等方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 MDT教学模式联合TBL在肿瘤放疗见习教学实践中,能明显提高学生学习的自主学习能力和临床思维能力,有利于提高教学效果和教学满意度。 Objective To observe the effect of multi-disciplinary team(MDT) mode combined with team-based learning(TBL) in the training of tumor radiotherapy.Methods From September 2020 to December 2021,a total of 30medical students majoring in imaging were enrolled in 2017and 2018 in the department of radiotherapy of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University,and they were divided into control group and experimental group.The traditional teaching mode and MDT combined with TBL teaching mode were adopted respectively.At the end of the internship,the theoretical test and questionnaire survey were carried out to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and case analysis in the experimental group were(91.30±2.57) points,(92.47±2.84)points,while those of the control group were(81.13±2.30)points,(80.63±1.81) points.The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the students' mastery level of theoretical knowledge,clinical collaboration ability,clinical thinking ability,interdisciplinary knowledge,and teaching satisfaction were higher than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT combined with TBL can obviously improve students' independent learning ability and clinical thinking ability in the teaching practice of tumor radiotherapy,which is beneficial to improve teaching effect and teaching satisfaction.
