摘要
医学影像学是住院医师规范化培训过程中的一个重要组成部分。传统的住院医师培训模式难以激发调动住院医师的学习兴趣和学习主动性。导学互动叠加式教育(bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,summary,BOPPPS)的核心是围绕既定教学目标,涵盖了引言部分、教学目标设定、课前评估、参与式互动教学、课后评估以及教学效果汇总等确保教学成功的六大要素。该教学模式具有实践性强、可操作性强为特点,贯穿了以学生为中心的教学理念,可充分调动学生学习的主观能动性。文章分析了基于图像存储与传输系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)系统结合BOPPPS教学模式在放射科实践教学中的优势,发现与传统教学比较可增强规培生对医学理论知识的理解和临床思维的锻炼,充分调动住院医师学习的积极性和主动性,提高了住培生对疾病的全面认识及综合分析复杂疾病影像诊断的能力。
Medical imaging is an important part of the standardized training process for residents.The traditional resident training mode is difficult to stimulate and mobilize the resident's learning interest and initiative.The core of the bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,summary(BOPPPS) teaching model is to focus on the established teaching objectives,covering the introduction,the setting of teaching objectives,preclass evaluation,participatory interactive teaching,afterclass evaluation,and the summary of teaching effects and other six elements to ensure the success of teaching.This teaching mode is characterized by strong practicality and operability,and runs through the student-centered teaching concept,which can fully mobilize students' subjective initiative in learning.This paper analyzes the advantages of picture archiving and communication system(PACS)system combined with BOPPPS teaching mode in the practice teaching of radiology department,and finds that compared with traditional teaching,it can enhance the understanding of medical theoretical knowledge and the exercise of clinical thinking of regular trainees,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of residents in learning,and improve the comprehensive understanding of diseases and the ability of comprehensive analysis of complex disease imaging diagnosis.
