摘要
招收录取工作是住院医师规范化培训体系的重要关键环节,对于满足培训需求、保证培训质量具有重要意义。但在管理过程中,住院医师规范化培训招收工作的问题逐渐暴露出来,如一些专业招录生源数量少、偏远地区生源质量低、专业学位硕士研究生招生规模与住培容量不匹配等问题。2021年,国家颁布了《医师法》,并推出和实施"两个同等对待"重大政策,这一系列政策改变为住培质量建设提供了强大动能。在一系列利好政策的保障下,笔者提出保障住院医师合理待遇,精准定点组织专场住培招录宣讲活动,加强住培招录宣传网络和新媒体平台建设,创新录取机制等具体解决措施,吸引优秀生源,把好住培"入口"关,确保住培质量提升。
The resident standardized training enrollment is an important part of the standardized training system for resident doctors,which is of great significance to meet the training needs and ensure the training quality.However,in the course of management,the problem of standardized training and enrolling residents has gradually come to the surface,such as the low enrollment of students in some specialties,the low quality of students,contradiction between postgraduate enrollment and the capacity of resident training etc.The new doctor's law has been enacted since 2021,and it is proposed to carry out the "two equal treatment".In the light of the current favorable policy environment,the author puts forward some concrete measures to guarantee the reasonable treatment of residents,and precisely organize the special propaganda activities for enrollment,strengthen the recruitment network and new media platform construction and other specific measures to attract excellent students,check the training "Entrance"to ensure the quality of training.
