摘要
通过采用不同的w(Ce)配比,优化二级回火热处理,研究不同w(Ce)对磁体磁性能、力学性能和微观形貌的影响,分析不同的回火温度对w(Ce)的磁性能影响。结果表明:w(Ce)为10%的高丰度磁体,采用二级回火工艺630℃/3.5 h时,磁体具有最好的磁性能、力学性能和良好的微观形貌,主要原因是磁体晶粒大小均匀,(NdCe)_(2)Fe_(14)B较多地分布在晶界,晶界上富稀土相分布连续,有效地起到去磁耦合作用,获得性能优异的高丰度商用Ce磁体,极大降低烧结钕铁硼永磁体的生产成本,同时还能够综合利用稀土资源,确保稀土行业的健康持续发展。
By adopting different w(Ce)ratios and optimizing the secondary tempering heat treatment,the effects of different w(Ce)on the magnetic properties,mechanical properties and microscopic morphology of magnets were studied,and the effects of different tempering temperatures on the magnetic properties of w(Ce)were analyzed.The results show that the high abundance magnets with w(Ce)of 10%have the best magnetic properties,mechanical properties and good micro-morphology when the secondary tempering process is used at 630℃/3.5 h.The main reason is that the grain size of the magnets is uniform,(NdCe)_(2)Fe_(14)B is more distributed at the grain boundary,and the distribution of rare earth-rich phase at the grain boundary is continuous,which effectively plays a demagnetization coupling role,and obtains high abundance commercial Ce magnets with excellent performance.It can greatly reduce the production cost of sintered NdFeB permanent magnets,and also comprehensively utilize rare earth resources to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the rare earth industry.
