High-efficiency Dephosphorization Technology for Converter Steelmaking Process of "Residue+double Slag"

摘要 研究“留渣+双渣”工艺能够促进转炉炼钢效率的提升。因此对该技术转炉冶炼过程控制进行了试验研究,介绍了脱磷器高效脱磷工艺,研究了井下定向钻进技术及煤层底板注浆加固技术,使钻孔效率得到了提升,加固效果得到了保障。 The research of"slag retention+double slag"process can promote the improvement of converter steelmaking efficiency.The converter smelting process control of this technology is studied,the high-efficiency dephosphorization process of the dephosphorizer is introduced,and the underground directional drilling technology and the coal seam floor grouting reinforcement technology are studied,so that the drilling efficiency is improved and the reinforcement effect is guaranteed.
