摘要
不断地提升控轧控冷技术在实际生产过程中的应用水平,能够使产品的性能得到加强,同时还能对成本投入进行有效地控制。因此主要探讨了高碳钢线材的组织性能和质量控制,并分别对分析了控制轧制和控制冷却方面的技术,为生产高碳钢提供理论基础。
Continuously improving the application level of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology in the actual production process can strengthen the performance of products and effectively control the cost input.This paper mainly discusses the structure,properties and quality control of high carbon steel wire rod,and analyzes the technology of controlled rolling and controlled cooling,which provides an theoretical basis for the production of high carbon steel.
