摘要 加热炉的热效率指标与钢铁产量及质量有着千丝万缕的关联,如果燃料燃烧不充分,不仅会增加冶金企业的经济负担,同时,钢铁产品也将会出现较为明显的质量缺陷,进而给企业经济效益造成严重影响。近年来,随着人工智能技术的快速发展,一种新型的燃烧优化控制技术在冶金加热炉中得到推广和应用,该技术既能对加热炉的炉温进行精准控制,又能大幅提升加热炉的热效率,降低冶金企业的能源消耗量。基于此,以燃烧优化控制技术原理为突破口,围绕该技术在冶金加热炉中的具体应用流程展开全面论述。 The thermal efficiency index of heating furnace is inextricably related to the output and quality of steel.If the fuel is not fully burned,it will not only increase the economic burden of metallurgical enterprises,but also cause obvious quality defects in steel products,which will seriously affect the economic benefits of enterprises.In recent years,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,a new combustion optimization control technology has been promoted and applied in metallurgical heating furnaces.This technology can not only accurately control the furnace temperature of the heating furnace,but also significantly improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace and reduce the energy consumption of metallurgical enterprises.Based on this,the principle of combustion optimization control technology is taken as a breakthrough,and the specific application process of this technology in metallurgical heating furnace will be comprehensively discussed.
