This paper knows how the rolling unit affects the product quality by being familiar with the self-learning principle of the mathematical model in the secondary model of hot continuous rolling to optimize the compilation principle of the rolling unit of hot continuous rolling,and the number of nonconforming products(mainly including width,thickness,performance and shape abnormality)can be directly and effectively reduced.
