通过对阳春新钢铁有限责任公司炼钢厂高拉速连铸机生产HPB300钢种质量提升研究,分析了当前影响HPB300铸坯质量的主要因素,并根据影响因素,制定对应的改善措施,用以指导生产,以减少铸坯缺陷,提高产品质量。

Through the research on the quality improvement of HPB300 steel grade produced by the high speed continuous casting machine in the steelmaking plant of Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the main factors affecting the quality of HPB300 billet are analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are formulated according to the influencing factors to guide production,so as to reduce slab defects and improve product quality.
