摘要
金属冶炼是国家法律法规中明确规定的高危行业之一,也是各级应急管理部门日常重点监管的内容,转炉炉壁烧穿是该行业领域的重大安全生产事故。转炉炼钢节奏快,炉壁服役条件恶劣,烧穿事故时有发生,正常生产条件下,炉壁温度高达800~1 000℃,无法直接进行安全检查。激光测厚可以在非直接接触条件下,及时察觉炉壁变薄变化,提前预防事故,应用效果良好。
Metal smelting is one of the high-risk industries specified in the national laws and regulations,and is also the daily key supervision content of emergency management departments at all levels.The burning through of converter wall is a major safety production accident in this industry.The converter steelmaking pace is fast,the furnace wall service conditions are poor,and burn-through accidents occur from time to time.Under normal production conditions,the furnace wall temperature is as high as 800~1000℃,and it is impossible to conduct safety inspection directly.Laser thickness measurement can detect the change of furnace wall thinning in time under the condition of indirect contact,prevent accidents in advance,and the application effect is good.
