综采工作面小煤柱注浆加固技术研究

摘要 为提高综采工作面小煤柱稳定性并降低巷道围岩变形量,依据山西某矿5305工作面现场情况确定注浆钻孔布置方案及注浆参数等,提出采用注浆方式对煤柱进行加固。结果表明,注浆浆液选用联邦加固材料、注浆压力6~8MPa、二次注浆,一次注浆可充填超前采动压力及煤柱内原有裂隙,二次注浆可对采空区侧向应力引起的小煤柱裂隙进行充填,现场应用后,巷道围岩变形始终在安全较小范围内,为采面回采及巷道使用创造良好条件。 In order to improve the stability of the small coal pillar in the fully mechanized mining face and reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.According to the site conditions of 5305 working face,the grouting drilling layout plan and grouting parameters are determined and grouting is proposed to reinforce the coal pillar.The results show that the grouting slurry adopts the federal reinforcement material,the grouting pressure is 6~8 MPa,and the secondary grouting can fill the advance mining pressure and the original cracks in the coal pillar,and the secondary grouting can fill the small coal pillar cracks caused by the lateral stress in the goaf.After the field application,the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is always within a safe and small range,creating good conditions for the mining face and the use of the roadway.
