摘要 8807工作面在回采期间过F4断层时,工作面煤壁出现片帮、顶板出现破碎现象,严重威胁着工作面安全高效回采。豁口煤矿综采队通过技术研究,决定对工作面断层区围岩采取超前注浆加固,通过注浆提高断层围岩整体稳定性,防止在构造应力、回采应力等集中应力作用下出现围岩失稳现象。实际应用表明:采取注浆加固后,断层区围岩抗压强度提高至48 MPa,工作面后期过断层期间未发生煤壁片帮、端面破碎现象,取得了显著的应用成效。 When 8807 working face passes through F4 fault during mining,the coal wall and roof of the working face are fractured,which seriously threatens the safe and efficient mining of the working face.Through technical research,the fully mechanized mining team of Kaikou Coal Mine decided to take advanced grouting reinforcement for the surrounding rock in the fault area of the working face,improve the overall stability of the fault surrounding rock through grouting,and prevent the surrounding rock instability under the action of concentrated stresses such as tectonic stress and mining stress.The practical application shows that after grouting reinforcement,the compressive strength of the surrounding rock in the fault area is increased to 48 MPa,and the phenomenon of coal wall spalling and end face breakage does not occur during the later period of the working face passing through the fault,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
