摘要
为提升盾构隧道的刚度,采用带钢内衬钢环管片替代传统的钢筋混凝土管片,并用钢板压缝条将管片与管片进行整体焊接。因为要让隧道整体变成一根“钢管”,焊接工作量极大。在焊接工作开展的过程中,遇到了很多影响焊接速度的问题。通过对焊接速度影响因素的分析,制定了有效的解决措施,最终使问题得到解决,整体提升了焊接速度,缩短了施工工期,节约了施工成本。
In order to improve the rigidity of the shield tunnel,the steel ring segment with steel lining can be used to replace the traditional reinforced concrete segment,and the segments are integrally welded with steel plate seam pressing strip.Because to make the tunnel become a"steel pipe"as a whole,the welding workload is huge.In the process of welding,many problems affecting the welding speed were encountered.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the welding speed,effective measures were formulated to finally solve the problem,which improved the welding speed as a whole,shortened the construction period and saved the construction cost.
