摘要
城市轨道交通发展日新月异,为适应当代环保、安全、质量、成本等要求,地铁隧道施工领域逐渐采用悬臂掘进机进行施工。此文结合济南城市轨道交通4号线一期工程历下广场站~奥体中心站区间工程案例,在不同施工条件下,通过对施工工效、能耗等问题,综合对比分析了其主要性能和适应性,并对悬臂掘进机的选择、穿越特殊地质和主要运作性能等方面提出合理化建议。
Urban rail transit is developing with each passing day.In order to meet the requirements of contemporary environmental protection,safety,quality and cost,the cantilever tunneling machine is gradually used in the construction of subway tunnel.This article combines the case study of the Lixia Square Station to Olympic Center Station section of Jinan Urban Rail Transit Line 4 Phase I Project.Under different construction conditions,by comparing and analyzing construction efficiency,energy consumption,and other issues,its main performance and adaptability are comprehensively analyzed.Reasonable suggestions are proposed for the selection of cantilever tunneling machines,crossing special geological conditions,and main operational performance.
