基于脉冲—连续激光模式下铝合金材料清洗技术研究

摘要 针对激光清洗金属的缺点,研究一种组合式激光清洗模式。在理论模型的基础上建立连续激光——脉冲激光作用生锈铝板的仿真模型,展开连续激光——脉冲激光组合清洗生锈铝板的研究。在连续激光作用下,得出连续激光的激光参数对温度场的影响及变化规律。在脉冲激光作用下,得到脉冲激光清洗生锈铝板模拟结果,得出脉冲激光应力场随时间的变化规律。对比利用单一激光对铝板清洗效果,组合激光清洗生锈铝板清洗效果更好,铝板更干净,损伤也最小。 in view of the shortcomings of laser cleaning metal,a combined laser cleaning mode is studied in this paper.On the basis of theoretical model,the simulation model of rusted aluminum plate treated by continuous laser-pulse laser is established,and the cleaning of rusted aluminum plate by the combination of continuous laser-pulse laser is studied.Under the action of continuous laser,the influence of laser parameters on the temperature field and its variation law are obtained.Under the action of pulse laser,the simulation results of pulse laser cleaning of rusted aluminum plate are obtained,and the variation rule of the stress field with time is obtained.Compared with the single laser cleaning effect on aluminum plate,the combination of laser cleaning rust aluminum plate cleaning effect is better,aluminum plate cleaner,the least damage.
