电力角钢半连续式轧制实践

摘要 针对半连续式轧机布置生产电力角钢过程中角钢成品尺寸控制精度低、连轧道次孔型填充不饱满、精轧孔型磨损严重等问题分析了原因并进行了优化。认为连轧张力不均匀是导致角钢成品尺寸波动大、孔型填充不饱满的根本原因;轧机冷却系统冷却能力不足导致了精轧孔型磨损严重。通过精确控制连轧机组轧制速度,实现了各架轧机之间微张力关系,保证了尺寸高精度控制及连轧道次孔型的良好填充;同时在精轧冷却系统增加喷嘴数量,并将喷嘴沿轧辊圆周均匀排布。优化后,轧辊过钢量提升30%,彻底解决了轧辊开裂问题,提高了半连续式轧机布置下电力角钢的生产水平,为其他产线的型钢生产提供了宝贵的经验。 The reasons are analyzed and optimized for the low dimensional control accuracy of the finished angle steel product,the incomplete filling of the continuous rolling pass hole pattern,and the serious wear of the finished rolled hole pattern in the process of semi-continuous rolling mill layout and production.It is believed that the uneven tension of continuous rolling is the fundamental reason for the large fluctuation of the finished angle steel size and the incomplete filling of the hole pattern.The insufficient cooling capacity of the mill cooling system leads to severe wear of the finished rolling hole pattern.By accurately controlling the rolling speed of the continuous rolling mill,the micro tension relationship between each rolling mill is realized,and the high-precision control of the size and the good filling of the continuous rolling pass hole pattern are guaranteed.At the same time,the number of nozzles is increased in the finishing cooling system and the nozzles are evenly arranged along the circumference of the rolls.After optimization,the amount of roll steel passing increased by 30%,which completely solved the problem of roll cracking,improved the production level of electric angle steel under semi-continuous rolling mill layout,and provided valuable experience for the production of section steel in other production lines.
