中厚板综合生产信息化管理系统的构建及应用

摘要 钢铁冶金是国民经济快速发展的重要支柱型产业之一,信息化技术与生产技术的融合已成为钢铁冶金企业提升自身竞争力,适应市场变化的有效途径。为克服不稳定的市场环境,解决生产效率低、物流信息传递不畅等问题,唐山中厚板材有限公司在现有4级ERP和2级L2系统的管理框架基础上,构建了综合生产信息化管理系统,建立和完善了APS、MES、QMS系统的核心功能,从生产、设备管理到发货、物流全流程管理,优化了与ERP系统和L2系统的接口设计,保证整个管理模式实时连接,数据之间没有断点。详细介绍了系统构建方案、硬件组成及核心功能和应用情况。系统上线后,原来分离的系统得到整合和优化,实现了物流信息的实时跟踪,提高了钢铁企业的生产效率和质量管理水平。 Iron and steel metallurgy is one of the important pillar industries for the rapid development of the national economy,and the integration of information technology and production technology has become an effective way for iron and steel metallurgical enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and adapt to market changes.To overcome the unstable market environment and solve the problems of low production efficiency and poor logistics information transmission,Tangshan Medium and Thick Plate Co.,Ltd.has built an integrated production information management system on the basis of the existing management framework of 4-level ERP and 2-level L2 system,and established and improved the core functions of APS,MES and QMS systems.From production,equipment management to delivery,logistics and the whole process management,the interface design with the ERP system and L2 system is optimized to ensure that the entire management mode is connected in real time and there are no breakpoints between data.The system construction scheme,hardware composition,core functions and applications are introduced in detail.After the system goes online,the original separate system is integrated and optimized,realizing real-time tracking of logistics information,and improving the production efficiency and quality management level of steel enterprises.
