基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的钢铁供应链数字化水平研究

RESEARCH ON THE DIGITALIZATION LEVEL OF STEEL SUPPLY CHAIN BASED ON AHP-FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION METHOD

随着我国数字经济的持续发展,数字产业化和产业数字化的推进工作也取得了一定成效,数字经济在为中国经济社会带来机遇和挑战的同时,也带动了许多传统产业的数字化转型。钢铁工业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业,为了实现资源合理分配、数字技术精确应用以及更高效的生产,必须要实现钢铁供应链的数字化转型,而如何科学准确地衡量钢铁供应链数字化水平是钢铁工业高质量发展的关键问题。采用AHP-模糊综合评价法对钢铁行业供应链数字化水平进行评价,将人员、设施、数字信息、供应链、政策制度等5个方面作为评价指标并计算权重,进而在AHP方法的基础上融合了模糊综合评价法来构建钢铁供应链数字化水平评价模型,实现对某钢铁企业供应链数字化水平的客观评价,最终根据评价结果找出该企业供应链数字化转型的短板问题,并提出了相应的应对策略和改进建议。该研究结果对我国钢铁企业的数字化转型有着重要的借鉴意义,同时,在一定程度上能够加强我国数字经济的高效发展。

With the continuous development of China's digital economy,the promotion of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization has also achieved certain results,and the digital economy has not only brought opportunities and challenges to China's economy and society,but also driven the digital transformation of many traditional industries.As the pillar industry of China's national economy,in order to achieve reasonable allocation of resources,accurate application of digital technology and more efficient production,it is necessary to realize the digital transformation of the steel supply chain,and how to scientifically and accurately measure the digital level of the steel supply chain is a key issue for the high-quality development of the steel industry.AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the digital level of the supply chain of the steel industry,and five aspects such as personnel,facilities,digital information,supply chain,and policy system are used as evaluation indicators and weights are calculated,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is integrated on the basis of the AHP method to construct the digital level evaluation model of the steel supply chain,so as to realize the objective evaluation of the digital level of the supply chain of a steel enterprise,and finally find out the shortcomings of the digital transformation of the supply chain of the enterprise according to the evaluation results.Corresponding coping strategies and improvement suggestions were put forward.The research results have important reference significance for the digital transformation of China's steel enterprises,and at the same time,to a certain extent,it can strengthen the efficient development of China's digital economy.
