The Construction of Innovative Mode of Teaching Management in Colleges and Universities in the“Internet+”Era

在本文研究中,首先对“互联网+”的内涵与特点进行了概述,其次分析了高校教育管理的新特点,再次分析了“互联网+”对高校教育管理的影响以及重要启示,最后,提出了“互联网+”时代的高校教学管理创新策略,具体包括转变思想认知,树立“互联网+”的教育管理思想、构建“互联网+教育”平台,重塑教育管理环境、利用互联网技术,创新教学管理方法、结合“互联网+”教学发展趋势,明确课程转型方向、提高教学管理队伍的综合素质,旨在充分发挥出“互联网+”在教学管理中的优势,促进高校教学管理模式的创新。

In this research,firstly,the connotation and characteristics of“Internet+”are summarized;secondly,the new characteristics of higher education management are analyzed;thirdly,the influence of“Internet+”on higher education management and its important enlightenment are analyzed;finally,the innovative strategies of higher education management in the era of“Internet+”are put forward,including changing ideological cognition,establishing the educational management thought of“Internet+”and building the platform of“Internet+education”.Remodeling the educational management environment,making use of Internet technology,innovating teaching management methods,combining with the teaching development trend of“Internet+”,clarifying the course transformation direction and improving the comprehensive quality of teaching management team are aimed at giving full play to the advantages of“Internet+”in teaching management and promoting the innovation of teaching management mode in colleges and universities.
